Day 01: Arrive Colombo - Kandy

Meet and assisted by Travel Consortium India tour co-ordinator in the arrival lounge followed by an assisted transfer to your designated hotel in Kandy for two nights stay.

Day 02: Kandy

In the morning after breakfast take a short drive to Mahaweli River which runs through Kandy and the countryside to enjoy White Water Rafting. Later explore the town and visit Temple of the Tooth Relic, which houses the Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha. By the afternoon visit the Gem museum. Evening enjoy upper Lake drive. Stay overnight at the hotel in Kandy.

Day 03: Knuckles Valley

Today after breakfast travel to campsite in the pristine Knuckles Range of mountains located high on a mountain slope overlooking the Valley. Start 3-4 hour trek through the villages and forest paths which surround Sphinx Eyrie. To maintain eco system in its natural form your accommodation will be basic waterproof tents and simple but wholesome hot meals are provided by the camp crew. Stay overnight in a camp.

Day 04: Knuckles Valley

Today again trek for 3 hours through the small village, scrub jungle, rough trails and a few streams only accessible by foot. Take a break at the little village shop for a famous cyclone cup of hot tea and explore the village before continue trekking for another 3 hours back to the campsite for dinner with overnight at camp.

Day 05: Habarana / Dambulla

After an early breakfast, depart for Hiriwadunna for a trek through this archetypal Sri Lankan village, scrub jungle and marshland. Spot various birds, butterflies, possibly sighting of bear, elephant and crocodile before stop to enjoy farmer’s humble hospitality. Later hike to the famous Rock Fortress of Sigiriya, a fortress built on a rock mountain like a palace in the sky. Stay overnight at hotel in Dambulla.

Day 06: Colombo Departure

After breakfast direct transfer to Colombo Airport by late afternoon for you to catch your onward connecting flight and we finishes the tour with beautiful memories.
